Im living with 2 other housemates and we share a single wireless LAN. Lately one of my friend got a PS3 and he has been downloading demos and stuff 24/7 and is hogging up a lot of bandwidth. Is there a program that i can use to limit the speed on each of the IP?

I don't think a program will solve it as your friend gets his connection directly from the router and not through your computer. However, maybe lowering down wireless settings to "B only" on the router will slow down wireless users.
