I DROPPED MY I POD TOUCH WHEN I WAS GETTING OUT OF MY CAR AND I FORGOT THAT MY I POD WAS ON MY LAP AND IT FELL IN THE WATER ANY ANYWAYS WILL APPLE FIX IT IF IT DOESN'T HAVE WARRANTY

evry ipod has a warrenty buh its not protected against water i think but swrry no ......try though.. also try putting the ipod in a bowl of rice and leave it there for a day hope fully it will work......hope it helped vote best answer

They will not fix it EVEN with a warranty.
User abuse is not covered in any warranty from Apple.

Even if you offer to pay Apple, they still won't fix it.
Fixing it would be the equivalent of replacing all the internal parts of the iPod with new ones. Which is pointless.
