I had bought a Fat PS3 in October 2009 and I didn't play it since then. So in April when I start playing will it work properly? I'm asking this because of that Worldwide error that has been going around lately.

yes it will work i left mine 1 year all dusty works good as new just update it.

ill give you couple of months it gonna stop reading disc i had mine for 2 years and its not good no more it still looks brand new....
