If you can hold your pee then you can hold your sperm.

The better it feels the harder it is not to ejaculate. If you do it slower it usually doesn't feel as good. If you have been drinking you get numb so the sensation is not as strong so you can go longer.

When I have had sex with women who like to do it for a long time I just stop for a few seconds when I feel it coming and try and relax a little so it is almost like stopping sex and starting over.

Some men can hold back from Ejaculation (from breathing some way; I think...). It's not abnormal, and surely not bad for you?

You should have your boyfriend look up some information about Premature ejaculation. It is treatable, it's not something you have to suffer through.

YES for the most part we can but its not a 100% control as you would think. Breathing is semi-controlled. While you can hold your breath, you cannot do so for longer then a minute or two.

All males can train themselves to prevent it so long as it does not go to the point of no return. Other males, especially if circumcised may not have learned this. Masturbation is the big teacher.

Intact males start this task early in life. By age 5 an intact male finds out how. The foreskin teaches him this task. Practice makes perfect. A cut male may not discover this act for many years. Some males are cut so tight that they cannot even get to climax due to being cut so tight. Others have to rub so hard that it causes heat build up and damage as the member toughens up.
