my sisters getting married, and we go to buy the dresses on may 2.
and i want to lose enough weight to go back to 125 or 130
i weigh 150 and have a baby that's still breastfeeding,
so what way do you suggest to lose weight by may but still be healthy for baby to still be breastfeed?
and also lose my mommy tummy?

Sounds like we have something in common only I haven't had my baby yet. I am 157 lbs and 8 months prego but normally am about 130 lbs. Anyway here's what I'd do and it works, trust me!! Brisk walk on your treadmill so fast that you almost have to jog...strap some 2 lb weights to your wrists while your at it and wear one of those fat burner suits. Do this for about an hour at least 4x a week - for best results try to do it 5-6x per week. Don't eat really big meals in one sitting, this is a HUGE NO NO at any time of your life, not just during emergency dieting!! Instead snack on healthy stuff throughout the day like dry & natural mixed nuts, fruit, steamed or raw vegis, salad with light vinegar dressing, herbs and spices, etc. Stay away from breads and pork (you can eat bread but try and eat very little, or stick to whole wheat). Eat lean meat like chicken and seafood. Also try to avoid heavy sauces like cheese and bbq sauces on your meat. Just throw a little butter and herbs on it. Scramble eggs and mix just barely a tad of mayo in it and use it as a spread for whole wheat or triscuits. Eating healthy doesn't have to feel forced, there are several recipes that will leave you feeling refreshed, energetic and guilt free. If your stomach is still not as washboard as you want by May them buy one of those tight girdles from Target or Walmart. No one will know you've got one under your dress. I have one and it works wonders (stops the jiggles...hahaha). Also drink lots and lots of water. You can also go to one of those health food stores and get those vitamin packets that you pour into your bottled water. For some reason those would curve my appetite for a little bit to avoid overeating. You can only have one of those a day though, don't want to overload on vitamins. Vitamins are safe and healthy and you should be taking them anyway. Don't listen to those lame acai berry diets. Some diet pills work but your breastfeeding and want to stay natural for now. Trust me...I've wasted hundreds of dollars on those lame FAD diets like acai and other pills, devices, etc. They claim to be free but they make you input a credit card number and say they are only going to bill you for shipping. They keep your credit card number and put you on an auto bill and ship method...its in the fine print of those scams. Then if you call and cancel they sneak a few more shipments to you before they finally cancel your order, but you've already spent a few hundred on them and have lost no poundage. You don't have time for all that nonsense. The only thing that works is phentermine pills, but your breastfeeding and want to stay natural for now. So just follow the regime that I previously posted and you will be fine.
I checked out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I checked out acai berry. to lose weight u need to eat right and have a workout plan 5-6 days a week.u have to want it.
***try this u need to change ur diet.
eat six times a day. ea of ur 3 main meals needs to combine a lean protein such as chicken breast ground turkey turkey bacon egg whts also combine that with a complex carb such as a baked potato or sweet potato wild rice brown rice oatmeal or girts. also add fresh fruit and vegies to lunch and dinner. pick fruits low in sugar like pears and berries. if u get canned vegies get ones with low sodium. eat every 3-4 hrs keep ur metablism moving.
***also the most important part is WATER drink at least 64oz. no soda or juice. water will curve ur cravings.
u need to hit cardio 3-4 times a week running outside it great workout if u can hit a gym and cardio machine is great at least 30mins***
also add weight/strength training 3 times a week.u can google free weight traning guides anywhere. its not hard to find things for free. also for those wanting sexy hot abs. a nice toned stomach comes from a body with low body fat. so if ur overweight and u do a million crunches or any ab workout you r wasting your time!!! cant see the muscles under fat. low body fat equals=a nice flat toned stomach.
***plan ur meals ahead of time.always have a healthy snack with u so u wont be tempted to eat fast food. also if u wait to late to eat u will get so hungry u will eat the world. make time to work out start out with 30 mins then increase.its ur body treat it right. ur diet alone can help lose weight but working out makes ur body look good. shows muscles and tight skin which is sexy and beautful. stick with it ur body will amaze u!!! to be healthy and look great u need both in ur life. good luck email me if u have further questions
