i stay to much on my pc , and when im not i feel bored you dont First things first throw your keyboard away or give it to anybody to keep for a while. Now from here just exercise or do something like in between the days just go outside and sit around the par and think about stuff. Play some games not videogames like basketball or soccer whatever you can run around your neighborhood or go run and in the way find a cornerstore and just buy some stuff. find love. take a walk! often our lives get so hectic that we become overwhelmed without even realizing it. It becomes difficult to concentrate because nagging thoughts keep interrupting. Spending some time alone in reflection gives you a chance organize your thoughts and prioritize your responsibilities. Afterwards, you’ll have a better understanding of what’s important and what isn’t. The unimportant stuff won’t bother you anymore and your mind will feel less encumbered. . I’m not saying you need to sit on the floor cross-legged and chant ‘ommm� Anything that allows a bit of prolonged solitude will do. One is taking a solitary walk. Someone famous said, “All the best ideas occur while walking.�I think he was on to something. Experiment to find the activity that works best for you. some guy Cultivating hobbies and a healthy recreation life: exercise, socializing with friends, going to a museum are great ways to get out of the house and engage in non-sedentary activities. It is perhaps more difficult during the winter months to enjoy a regular recreation life, when weather conditions are less than conducive to it. So find indoor activities that you enjoy for those moments of "boredom" well. it took me a boat load of virus' to snap me out of the computer trance. . but really i feel the same way,try to find a hobbie. play with a deck of cards, learn some magic tricks, play poker. just go out and do stuff i guess. hang out with friends etc etc. my wonderful powerful brain face it, we all have a computer addiction haha. but no really, try hanging out with your friends more. surely you like being outside and enjoying life. do you like to cook? read? hike? go to concerts? go to cafes? shop? By Yahoo answers of course. But seriously, anything productive can help, such as reading or other hobbies. just read books do work at your computer desk works for me i guess. Go outside or visit friends. =) Get on chatroulette.com you'll want to puke.. so there ya go
