ii am 13years old and im 5'5 and ii weigh 129 pounds what is an easy and quick way to loose weight.? if your 5'5 and 13 and 129 . i beleive you should be at 115. but i dont think you need to loose weight your still very young and growing you might get taller and stretch out your weight. but, if you really want to... 1. Do not stop eating! 2. eat in small portions but throughout the day, (keeps your metabolism going) 3. make sure you get your fruits and veggies, 4. avoid carbohydrates(bread) but dont completely stop eating them 5. lower your meat/beef intake it takes the human body about 2 weeks to digest it. 6. drink alot alot alot of water 8-12 cups a day. 7. Do not drink soda ! 8.No fast food 9. run, do cardio and weights/build mus cle (im not saying lift 200lbs lol but you can do push ups, etc.) 10.muscle burns fat so *there fore no muscle harder to shed that fat. 11. so cardio and muscle 12. work on all parts of your body dont just focus on a single area 13. bike ride, aerobics, dance, a sport what ever works. 14.GYM 15.at your age you dont need dietary supplements, and you shouldnt use them! so NO hydroxycut, quicktrim, xenidrin, etc* a goodway to loose weight healthy food and excersise. Also, it is lose, not loose. Loose is to make something less tight. Hi Caitlyn. I don't think you need to lose any weight at this time. You are at a desirable weight for your height! And please remember that you are still growing - and by that I don't mean weight gain! Your body is still developing. If you are looking for ways to make yourself look and feel healthier, try to do some sort of physical activity every day like riding a bike, walking, jogging, or even dancing in your room! Do something that is fun for you. Take up a sport... soccer, swimming, there are so many things you should try at your age. This way you'll be healthier inside and out. Stay active! Get GOOD source of Calories. Read the labels on packages of stuff and try not to eat stuff with "Trans Fat" that much. Eat less on "Saturated Fat" if you can too. And take swimming class or swim.
