i have not swim for two years alr and i started swimming a week ago. i realized that there is more pimple now.. is it becuz i swim? but i think the chlorine in the water will help... pls help and i am planning on buying this clean and clear acne kit : http://www.cleanandclear.com/productDetail.do?productid=54&productpos=0 ... will it work? i really want to get rid of my pimple.. is there any other alternative? or any product u would like to recommend to get rid of the pimple? i have oily skin.. but if i use too strong face wash.. the skin around my nose would hurt like hell

There is no greater remedy than flushing your bodily waste and cleaning your kidneys than with water....just drink lots and lots of water,stay away from fatty foods,and keep your pores unclogged with neutrogena daily face wash, its pretty good and it improves your skin tone by getting rid of dead cells, dirt and oils, read instructions though...Also you should look into seen a dermatologist, they'll be able to identify your problem and prescribe the required medications....don't fall for miracle commercials by proactiv and the other supposedly acne fighting baloney...waste of money....just visit your nearest dermalogist and keep your pores unclogged

i saw someone say something a bout a dermatologist, i have gone to one, and they basically prescribe to you some cream, but w.e they gave me somthing it was always super strong and it made my face burn after 5 uses, and my skin started to crack and it was really bad :(
