| If Fancy Feast is like ice cream to cats, can I give it to them once in a while? | |||||
|
I feed my cats beef & chicken, chicken & herring, chicken, and turkey flavors by Wellness. But i heard FF tastes like ice cream or mcdonalds to them. So can I give it to them once a month? The person who told you that was referring to the poor nutritional value of Fancy Feast compared to other brands; they were not referring to how it tastes to cats. If you want to give your cats a treat, buy some of the dental cleaning cat treats with catnip baked into them. If you are feeding your cat wellness that is a grain/soy/wheat/corn free product, so it is probably not a good idea to feed her/him fancy feast as it has all the ingredients listed above, and its not good for their digestive system to switch back and forth. but fancy feet is just like any wet food, the reason they like it so much is because it is so salty! ps what dry food are you feeding her/him? Yes, that should be fine, unless your cat has a known allergy to corn or any of there ingredients in FF. As long as you're feeding a quality food like Wellness every day, a little bit of FF as a rare treat won't hurt. :) Who told you that? Fancy Feast is just cat food. Just like Wiskas and Friskies. And some Fancy Feast cans are tiny so just feet them that. It's fine. Fancy Feast is just a type of cat food. You can feed it to your cat like any other cat food. sure! ice cream is pretty good. im sure you would be albe to feed it once a week for a treat.
