He is throwing up stuff that looks like black tar and he is grouchy he usually stays indoors but he is throwing up feathers

black tar could be partially digested blood. usually comes out the other end. but the feathers i am guessing he ate a bird. the bones could be lodged. and you may need to get some antibiotics. My brothers dog ate a rat and they took her to the vet and a just in case factor they got some pills.

If you guys have some chewing tobacco, or a tobacco pipe, or maybe even a cigarette laying around somewhere. He could of ate it and you need to get it out of him really quick or your dog is at risk getting a tumer. ( or how ever you spell it. ) If this is not it, he might of ate something he is either allergic to or the food got stuck in his digestive track.
